DownloadThere are four steps to granting LOLC. Each step builds on the next. A LOLC grant is frequently a source of relief for patients and families undergoing difficult medical treatments and a positive force that helps them overcome their obstacles. A grant sometimes helps rekindle a patient belief in themselves and promise of hope in their future.
We rely on family members, friends, medicals professionals, for most of our referrals. We understand that most patients are too emotionally drained during their treatment to cope with the grant process.
We determine a patient medical eligibility with the help of the treating physician. To receive a LOLC grant the patient must be diagnosed with any type of cancer and in the process of treatment.
We send out one of our enthusiastic volunteers to learn more about patient and their needs. These passionate volunteers connect with the patient and family and help in completing the grant process.
Once the grant is approved our volunteer will contact the patient or family again and begin making it happen. The Volunteers will stay in touch with the family or patient throughout the grant implementation process.
If you have any questions about our charity work, please get in touch with a member of our caring team so we can talk about it.
